Cardio training generally involves exercising at a constant moderate level of intensity, for a specified duration, during which the cardiovascular system is allowed to replenish oxygen to working muscles. Typical activities include walking, jogging, cycling, jump rope, stair climbing.

Our gym has a fully equipped cardiovascular fitness section of over 2000 sq. Ft area that includes all the latest cardio equipments like treadmills, cross trainers, spinning bikes, recumbent bikes, Water rowers and moreover free stretching area.
